This is a lovely fresh house which we have refurbished specifically for four university students. In the past, most people who have viewed it have wanted to rent it, and those that have rented haven’t regretted their decision! So contact us now to fix a viewing.
The house is arranged on two floors. Downstairs is the entrance hall, living room, one bedroom, kitchen and toilet. Upstairs are the other three bedrooms and bathroom with shower. The house has gas central heating and as much hot water as you want.
The rent for next year works out at about £135 per person week.

Living Room
The living room is light and spacious. There’s a nice leather sofa, two easy chairs and a coffee table. The TV set shown is also provided, and there is cabling for wi-fi and cable TV. The whole of the downstairs has attractive laminate flooring. There’s also a small white dining table and chairs.
Kitchen
The kitchen is at the back of the house. There is a gas hob and electric oven. There’s a large fridge/freezer. A microwave, a toaster, and a kettle have probably been left for you by previous tenants!
Back Garden
Outside at the back is a nice terrace so you can sit outside in the summer. Outside the back door is also a dryish garage (with lock) that you can use for keeping bicycles, etc. The garden needs little maintenance. The landlords will occasionally tidy it up as necessary.
Bedrooms
There are four bedrooms. Each is furnished with similar furniture – a single bed, a beech wardrobe (or a built-in cupboard), beech chest-of-drawers, bedside table, desk, bookshelves and notice board. The downstairs bedroom has laminate flooring, and the three upstairs are carpeted. For further pictures see link below.
Bathroom
The simple bathroom has a good sized bath with shower inside it. There is good mains pressure on the shower, and as much hot water as you want. There’s also a second toilet by the front door.
Location
The house is in the middle of the long row of newer houses in Southway. Southway is a popular location for students being close to the campus, and many of these houses are occupied by students. All of the houses are set back from the main road so it is relatively quiet inside the house. Car parking is a “free-for-all” outside the house, and is easier or more difficult depending on the time of day. The house is about 8 minutes walk from the GSA end of the university campus. Buses into town go up and down Southway. There is also a small parade of shops (including a Co-op supermarket) just 100 yards up the road.
