Private Landlord
Your relationship with your landlord can make or break your year at Surrey. We are a friendly and trustworthy private couple and this is our pension!
There are no letting agents involved, and no extra fees to pay beyond your deposit and rent.
Quality Accommodation
We care about our houses – we have consistent feedback from students that they are amongst the best quality student accommodation in Guildford. We will give it to you in immaculate condition at the beginning of the rental period, and we will carry out any necessary repairs during the year as fast as we can.
We believe that this policy encourages our tenants to keep our house in good condition.
Security
We have very good relations with our tenants, and we care about that too! When you look around the house, please talk to our existing tenants – hopefully they will agree!
We are listed by the university lettings site and have passed their checks. All gas and electricity safety certificates are up to date. Your deposit is protected by a government approved scheme.
Properties
Our student homes are available to let to groups of between four and six students. Properties are close to Surrey University and are in immaculate condition and equipped to a high standard with all modern facilities.
If you prefer, you can rent with bills all included (gas, electricity, water, high speed broadband and TV license), which is provided in partnership with unihomes, its up to you!
