The house is arranged on two floors. Downstairs is the entrance hall, living room, one bedroom, kitchen and toilet. Upstairs are the other three bedrooms and bathroom with shower. The house has gas central heating and as much hot water as you want.
The rent for next year works out at about £127 per person week.

Living Room
The living room is light and spacious. There’s a nice leather sofa, two easy chairs and a coffee table. The whole of the downstairs has attractive wood laminate flooring. There’s also a small pine dining table and chairs.
Bathroom
The newly refurbished bathroom has a good sized bath and separate shower. There is good mains pressure on the shower, and as much hot water as you want. There’s also a second toilet downstairs.
Kitchen
The kitchen is at the back of the house. There is a gas hob and electric oven. There’s a fridge/freezer, as well as dishwasher.
Bedrooms
There are four bedrooms. Each is furnished with similar furniture – a single bed, a beech wardrobe (or a built-in cupboard), beech chest-of-drawers, bedside table, desk, bookshelves and notice board. The downstairs bedroom has laminate flooring, and the three upstairs are carpeted. For further pictures see link below.
Back Garden
Outside at the back is nice new decking so you can sit outside in the summer. Outside at the back is also a shed (with lock) that you can use for keeping bicycles, etc. The garden needs little maintenance just to mow the lawn as needed.
Location
The house is on South Road. This is a quiet residential road, and there is no through traffic in this area – just access traffic. One quite small car can be parked in the front driveway, and other cars can generally be parked outside on the street.The house is about 15 minutes walk from the university campus. It’s a good distance for cycling, or you can catch a bus from Worplesdon Road (100 yds away). There is also a new Sainsbury’s shop just a little way up Worplesdon Road, or a Co-Op down towards town.
