This is a nice clean house which we have refurbished specifically for four university students. In the past, most people who have viewed it have wanted to rent it, and those that have rented haven’t regretted their decision! Indoor photos don’t do it any justice, so call us now to fix a viewing.
The house is arranged on two floors. Downstairs is the entrance hall, living room (including kitchen), one bedroom, and toilet. Upstairs are the other three bedrooms and bathroom with bath and shower. The house has gas central heating.
The rent for next year works out at about £135 per person week.

Back Garden
The back garden is low maintenance. The landlords will come in occasionally to cut back the various shrubs, and clear up as necessary.
There is a back gate which can be locked, so you could keep bicycles here if you wanted to.
Living Room
The living room is light and spacious. There’s a nice leather sofa, an easy chair and a coffee table. There is cabling for wi-fi and cable or satellite TV. The hallway and living room has laminate flooring.
There’s also a dining table with four chairs.
Bathroom
The simple bathroom has a standard-sized bath with shower inside it. There is good (pumped) pressure on the shower.
There’s also a second toilet by the front door.
Kitchen
The kitchen is at the back of the house. There is an electric cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble drier.
A microwave, a toaster, and a kettle have probably been left for you by previous tenants!
Bedrooms
There is one very large bedroom downstairs, and the other three upstairs. All of the bedrooms are carpeted, and each has a single bed, bedside table, desk with shelves. They also have either a large built-in cupboard or a standalone wardrobe with separate chest-of-drawers.
Location
The house faces onto a small quiet area of common land with attractive oak trees, just off Southway. It is surprisingly close to the campus – it’s just a 7-minute walk to the GSA building. There is always plenty of parking outside the house.
The house is halfway between Tesco and the Co-op, and there is also a small “emergency” shop just 100 yards away.
