When is the rent payable?
We normally charge rent at the beginning of each university term, but this can be varied individually by prior agreement with us. Our rent will not be the cheapest around, but neither the most expensive! We aim to provide a first-class house for a good average rental.
What is included in the rent?
The standard rent includes water rates, but you need to pay for electricity, gas, TV license and broadband. We also offer an all inclusive option which includes all of these bills if you prefer.
What fees or deposit do I need to pay?
There are absolutely no agents and no fees involved! All we will require is a £500 deposit per person when we sign contracts with you.
Do you allow smokers?
Sorry, but we don’t take any smokers as tenants.
Do you allow pets?
Sorry no pets are allowed.
